We had a fantastic and romantic getaway! the facilities were superb, with a lovely garden and beautiful atmosphere. the staff was very kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. the meals we had were delicious and authentic, and the wine selection was top-notch. We also enjoyed relaxing in the spa and taking advantage of the nearby hiking trails. the location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining.

That the WiFi signal was not very strong in our room, although it was always available in the public areas. the room we were assigned initially was not the best.

The hotel is located in a cozy park and within a short walk to many dining and shopping options. the large, spacious rooms are well-furnished and offer excellent facilities. the staff is exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast options are great.

One room had uncovered windows in the bathroom, which was unacceptable for some guests.

The restaurant schedule was not communicated in advance which resulted in a late meal for our small children. the train tracks behind the park could be heard from the rooms, but the hotel provided earplugs which helped a lot.

The Gutenberg suite was perfect for our young family, with beautiful authentic features, high ceilings, and plenty of space. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself looked amazing with preserved authentic features. The breakfast and dinner were both very good, and the park behind the hotel was beautiful. a gorgeous and spacious place with all the amenities we could wish for.
